2. We customize a records retention schedule for all of your active
and dormant records.
3. We provide you sturdy, pre-approved storage containers and then load them
onto our vehicles to take them to our secure warehouse.
4. We then enter the information from each box into our computer. This includes:
a. a barcode number to be scanned for easy reference
b. box contents description
c. box number
d. the warehouse location
e. record type
It is typically more cost-affordable to store your records with us than at an off-site mini storage facility because we have a system in place that makes storage and retrieval easy! All files are archived using a special software to identify the contents in each box. Once you specify who has access to the information, we track as little or as much access as you desire for approved persons.
